01Warrant of Fitness
WOF inspections for cars, trailers and motorcycles, carried out by an experienced former VTNZ inspector. We explain every item we note, and what it means for the vehicle.
02Servicing and oil changes
Manufacturer-grade oils and filters, plus a full check over so small faults never become big bills. We record what we find so you can plan the next job.
03Computer diagnostics
Scan tools and a labscope to trace fault codes, warning lights and the intermittent faults others give up on. We test before we replace parts.
04Brakes and disc machining
Pads, rotors and fluid. We measure and machine every rotor so your brakes come back to as-new condition rather than simply fitting new pads to worn discs.

Manual and automatic transmissions
Clutch replacement, gearbox repairs, fluid and filter services, and diagnosis of slipping, shuddering or harsh shifting.

Tyres
Supply and fitting, balancing, puncture repairs and honest advice on tread, age and wear patterns that point at other faults.

Cooling systems
Radiators, thermostats, water pumps, hoses and coolant flushes — pressure tested so overheating problems are solved rather than patched.

Plugs, leads, coils, filters and idle problems sorted so the engine runs smoothly and fuel use settles back where it belongs.

Shocks, struts, bushes, ball joints, CV joints and steering components — the parts that decide how safe the car feels on the road.

Cambelt replacement
Cambelts, tensioners and idlers replaced to the manufacturer's interval, because a snapped belt is an engine rebuild.

Injector cleaning and testing, fuel pumps, filters and drivability problems traced back to fuel delivery.

What we don't do
Rolch Automotive does not carry out panel beating, paint or collision repair work. If your vehicle needs panel or collision work we will refer you on to a specialist we trust, and we can still handle the mechanical side of the repair.
We also do not buy or sell vehicles — the workshop is here to keep the one you own running properly.
